Sunflowers

I'm so excited to share with you this simple drawing with Copic markers that my 13 year old son did on a whim.  I was coloring and experimenting and he pulled up a chair and proceeded to draw this!  Kids are so uninhibited and just go with the flow.  I love how it looks like watercolors with shading.  I scanned his flower for him and put it on this blue background in Photoshop.  I can't wait until we get to do more coloring projects!

The Daily Marker Pop Up Challenge Day 1

I'm really new to using Copic Markers, but I thought I would go out of my comfort zone for The Daily Marker Pop Up Challenge Day 1.  The challenge was to use a Sharpie to draw any sort of line and then add the "eyelashes" was optional.  Thanks for stopping by!
