Boss's Day Card

Did everyone remember their Boss's today? I created this card for my Boss using the September Kit from Creating Inspirations. They have an awesome kit club!
Ingredients for the card: CI September kit plus a Cloud 9 chipboard letter, AC button and DCWV rubbons.

Pumpkin Patch

We found a new pumpkin patch in Loveland, OH. It is about 30 minutes from our home. It's called Blooms & Berries (which happens to be the names of their goats). They had so many great activities for the kids...and I had fun too. They ran through a hay maze, fished for pumpkins...Alysa caught two, played various bean toss games, kids golf. Alysa loved petting the goats. We picked out a wagon full of pumpkins and mums for the yard. Their most favorite part was the huge bin of dried corn...yes real corn. They had a blast trying to bury their hands a feet. We tried apple cider and homemade carmel apples. Brenden insisted on painting a couple of the pumpkins after dinner tonite...so we did. No problem getting them to bed tonite;). What a great day! These pictures will be fun to scrap! Click on pictures to enlarge!

Alysa's Birthday Cake!! Our April Fool's Girl!!

Alysa wanted a My Little Pony birthday cake. Grandma Merkel made her special cake complete with ponies and glitter. Alysa kept asking "for me?" when we had her open all her presents. She really loved her talking doll and of course the Dora pick-up truck and pony stable. She and Brenden played all day with her new toys!! What a great day!!!

Alysa's 3rd Birthday--Fun at Build a Bear!

We took Alysa and Brenden to Build a Bear for Alysa's Birthday! They had so much fun picking out an animal and the clothes! Alysa chose a pink kitty with a pink sequin dress, collar and rhinestone sandals. Yes, she is our little princess...how sweet your are!!! Brenden chose a teddy bear dressed in Cleveland Cavaliers uniform with high tops. They have so much fun together!! They really liked using the computer there to make a birth certificate and name their new friends.
What fun it is to be three!!

Baby Brayden

This is an altered paint can I made for a friend's new baby boy...filled with tiny clothes...very fun to make!!!

Ingredients:

1 gallon paint can/lid

deja view papers "Little One"

Heidi Swapp flower/red bling

Doodlebug blue sparkly flowers

letters cut with red cardstock/cricut

miscellaneous ribbon
